Project Management
Project Management is essential to the MSI Method. Therefore, we employ Project Managers with extensive experience managing large, complex steel and/or construction projects who will serve as the Clients primary contact throughout the duration of the project.
Each contract awarded to MSI is assigned a project number, which is used to track each steel component and man-hour associated with the project. Our senior management team then reviews project drawings, specifications and completion schedules and assigns the project to one or more Project Managers, who assume primary responsibility for all aspects of the project.
The Project Manager and Client develop the project plan, which outlines the critical sequences of the project based on product groupings. The project plan also outlines the close-out list to be jointly approved at the completion of the project. The Project Manager coordinates and manages the project plan, design and other changes in an effort to minimize project delays.
