Our relationships with Clients are based on broad product and service offerings, communication and accountability. We seek strong relationships with our Clients through regular interaction, allowing us to better assess their requirements, offer timely delivery and respond to short lead-times.
Broad Product & Service Offerings
Our broad range of high-quality products and customized services allows us to offer one-stop shopping to our Clients. We strive to be the only company that our Clients call with steel needs or problems in which steel can be the solution. Whether our Clients need a structural steel product or project management services, we can provide a solution.
Communication
Communication is essential to the successful completion of a project. As a result, the MSI Method improves communication and teamwork as well as operational effectiveness and efficiency by utilizing a common set of tools and techniques throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.
Accountability
MSI understands the necessity of a single point of contact. That’s why we assign one point of contact per phase of the MSI Method. During the Sales & Estimating and Engineering & Detailing phases of the project, our Clients contact the assigned Business Development Director for any problems, questions, and/or concerns. During the Project Management, Fabrication and Erection phases of the project, our Clients contact the assigned Project Manager for any problems, questions and/or concerns. This singular management approach enables us to not only increase efficiency and productivity for our Clients, but also to build a strong relationship with our Clients. Depending on the scale of the project, we may assign an additional Project Manager based on product requirements.
